The company originated as a Millwright Service in 2008 and has since expanded to offer Oilfield Maintenance & Welding Fabrication. A.P.E Maintenance mandated at initial start-up to provide Aboriginal Apprenticeships to this Region and in January 2014 A.P.E was able to provide a apprenticeship program to the company which continues to flourish.

Transport was established in 2010 and barge implemented in 2014 to give the unique transport combination. Land & water freight transport provides a one stop shop for freight transport from Fort McMurray to Fort Chipewyan by barge or ice road.

A.P.E. Maintenance is a non-union company with fully qualified personnel. The company will continue to grow within this Region, bringing qualified trades & service to the place it calls home.
